After sometime, I managed to install my EONON GA 5150F BMW E46 car specific double-DIN entertainment -dvd unit with the ANDROID 4.4.4 KITKAT ios system, with close support from the Alchemy support team and numerous YOUTUBES video. The installation is easier than the removal of internal trims, existing radio and the relocation of climate-control. module. The unit, once installed looked like a OEM equiptment . You would think that the unit came with the car originally.The quality of the unit is very good and the number of features supported by a powerful Android computer system is quite amazing. I am very grateful and thankful for their patience and supports in the installation of the unit. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I purchased a Eonon GA5150F for my 2001 BMW 330i on June 21st, 2016. At a competitive affordable price, free (fast!!) shipping, and a very reliable Android operating system (4.2.2) I was a happy and resourceful customer from the minute I made the purchase. During the short shipping period, I watched Do It Yourself installation videos of Eonon head units. I began to read other’s experiences, set ups, and reviews. I joined a community of very unique technological innovators who are pushing the boundaries of automotive head units. The Android software and mobile compatibility makes the opportunities for on-the-road entertainment endless. Over the July 4th weekend, I got the chance to install my Eonon GA5150F. By no means am I a technological/audio technician. However, everything I needed from beginning to end was neatly and delicately packaged in the shipped head unit. I referenced step by step tutorials that allowed me to remove the dash trim, my OEM business CD, and various panels that exposed my wiring harness. The Eonon plugged my 17 pin wire, antenna, microphone, GPS, and Wi-Fi adapters neatly into the back before becoming one with my car. Behold, in 2-3 hours, the head unit fit snug into my dashboard and is THE definition of plug and play! Since installing my Eonon, I have been finding it hard to leave my car. I am extremely satisfied and continuously amazed by how useful the Eonon is when it comes to playing music, streaming video, using/speaking with Bluetooth, GPS, playing games, and so on! The head units hardware is top notch all around. The touch screen is very fast and responsive both hardware and software. The lights on the unit illuminate beautifully during day and night, while my steering wheel functions finally found opportunity for use when navigating music and Bluetooth functions. Now when others ask me what head unit to consider, I will be very eager to share my experience with Eonon. Eonon has forever enhanced and brought additional joy to my driving experience. It’s truly a pleasure to have the newest and latest technology to a car that I hold near and dear to my heart. Thank you and i look forward to business for years to come!

Went with Eonons latest offering GA5150F and this thing literally does just about everything you need in a modern car stereo and more. Very happy with it in general and ultimately, sound quality is really good. Installation was a breeze, I took my time and went about it logically and it all worked out thankfully.

Hello from TN. I received my eonon ga5150f last night and installed it in my 2003 330ci convertible. Two and half hours later this is the result. It works great so far. I was able to program my iPhone 6 via Bluetooth with no issues. Installed an rca cable. The only thing left to do is run the wires underneath the dashboard. I havent tried the gps but the radio, DVD player, Bluetooth are working fine so far.

I bought the GA5150F and am extremely pleased. Its very fast, sounds great, great radio reception (it replaced an Alpine that had buttons that stopped working...it is hooked to a very elaborate system...Dynaudio speakers, Diamond audio sub infinite baffle in a custom rear deck, Rockford 360.2 processor/eq, .). 1. Steering controls work perfect every time. 2. Radio...shows song info very well on the stations I listen to here in Florida...was very pleased to see that. My Alpine didn’t. 3. Has a iPod cable that connects to the back of the unit and is run to my glove box...I haven’t tried it. It also has 2 USB cables off the back that also run to the glove box. I have all my music on a USB stick. When you go back to the home screen the song name and album art show while it’s playing. It looks really nice. 4. Haven’t streamed music by Bluetooth. Will try some soon. Interface looks good and is extremely fast switching from one source to another. 5. It has the above mentioned USB and iPod inputs, plus has 2 micro SD slots on the front...one for GPS and the other for whatever music/video you want. In summary, VERY happy with this purchase. This has been easily my favorite mod to my car...looks great, works great, really makes the car more modern and gives plenty of options for entertainment in the car.

I bought the ga5150f and got it this weekend. Took 4 days to get it in the mail (FAST)I installed it in 1 1/2 hours with a backup camera ( camera took the longest had to modify car slot to fit it). It is running sygic in place for navigation. The radio is fantastic and plays very well. I live in Germany and the radio reception I get is very good, almost as good as the stock radio. the backup camera is the one installed in the existing license plate light slot and is very good and matches with the radio. As for the radio everything so far works excellent, have not test the cd yet though. Wood just like to say EONON my thanks to your radio is FANTASTIC.

It runs as smooth as silk and I love that its android and so customization. The screen is crystal clear...really really nice and Ive cut down a 10 tablet screen protector and stuck it on to keep the screen pristine. Id definitely recommend that. It looks sweet at night and I set the button colour to full scale on the red and just a single click of green mixed in to give a perfect orange match with the OEM stuff in the car. Eonon --they seem really good people and proud of what they have and are very happy to back their product to the hilt which is cool.

The GA5150F from Eonon arrived in good time and was perfectly packaged. Very professional. I found the installation was quite straightforward (YouTube it) and with a little effort its really easy to conceal all wiring from view. Everything is completely reversible to stock and I think thats a huge plus. Unfortunately, on testing it was obvious that one of the Micro SD slots was not working. No drama. I fly aircraft for a living and Im very aware that life with electronics can be like that. However, (and heres the real point) after contacting Support at Eonon, I cannot say enough good things about these people. In no time at all it was problem sorted. I simply returned the head unit for testing and then received a brand new unit as a replacement immediately; no questions, no problem. Theyve got your back. Im very glad I didnt try to save a few bucks getting a unit from some guy selling stuff on ebay. The new unit is now installed and its perfect for the car. If youre thinking about upgrading your E46 BMW unit, stop thinking about it and do it! Buy one from Eonon.

Used pretty much the Youtube videos for the installation process in my 2004 e46 convertible. Took me roughly 1 1/2 hrs, maybe 2 overall. Am highly impressed with the HU.

This is totally the best affordable unit. Turned my BMW into a real luxury car now, I can make calls via Bluetooth on radio, surf the web, watch hulu and netflix and more.. totally amazed.

My M3 is a 2003. Love my Eonon. Love watching Netflix or listening to pandora radio and even watching YouTube videos.

So I received my GA5150F in the mail two days after purchase. Wow that was fast. I was a little hesitant to buy the unit because I use an iPhone. Was not to sure how they would pair up. Well, to my surprise they pair up beautifully. Instillation took some time. I have a 2004 BMW 325xi without stock navi. The radio its self was very easy to install however, the temperature control panel took some modifications to get it to fit in the area where the storage unit was. You have to take out the storage unit and put the temperature control panel in its place. Once I did this wow it looked awesome. The radio performs wonderfully and flawless. Very fast and fluid. Played a couple games on it to really test it out and did not have one issue. Great product so far.
