Very impressed with the quality and results of my new Eonon in-dash system. Previously I purchased a dash mounted screen and when I found out about the Eonon; immediately ordered it. Perfect OEM fit! Options galore for system expansion! One bonus, as I was fixing the time using the steering wheel controls (which is the fix to ensure your time is set correctly on the OEM display). I found out my car had a MPG display! Never knew that (after 20yrs lol)! After this install, I upgraded all 4 speakers to JBL Club 864F to take advantage of the Eonon increased amplifier wattage to speakers. My 20yr old Mazda has been upgraded to 2025 with a state of the art entertainment and sound system! Thank you Eonon for designing this product and still having it available for my vehicle.

I'm giving it 5 stars because I know that the little feedback I have can probably be addressed by going into the admin settings and optimizing... Overall, you'd be hard pressed to find a better solution for the money. Plug and Play, works with steering wheel controls and Bose system. Everything was a breeze to install, fits perfectly. The only complaint is that its not as smooth as I feel it could be. I purchased Eonon's Linux based universal 7" for a 2000 Tundra. And that thing is as smooth and fast as greased lightning. Which tells me its Android's bloated OS that is probably causing the choppy behaviors. It already sounds much better than stock, cleaner with even more bass clarity. I love this unit. I'm ordering another unit for my girlfriend's 08 Mazda 3. So far, that is 3 units from Eonon I've ordered. I'll come back to them more as long as they have units that will work with the vehicles I have.

Sound quality increased by a lot, and the fitment was great. It came with a screen protector installed, so I decided to leave it installed for now too. It is definitely translated from Chinese, so the text is a little confusing when navigating certain settings but not bad. The everyday usage is pretty great, and the HU itself dang near looks like it could be OEM. Yes, the LCD screen does work, but if you don’t set the clock right with the OEM headunit before installing this one, the time will read wrong. And it will constantly read “other” when connected to your phone. Ambient temperature reading will work perfect though. It annoyed me that the clock was wrong and that it read “other,” so I just got a sticker and covered up that part of the LCD, but cut it so I could still see the ambient temperature. That said, I recommend! I’m generally a keep-stuff-stock kind of guy, but I love this headunit.

they made installation a breeze , zlink can be a little finiky and leaving the cars bluetooth range will make you keep pairing and unpairing in your phones settings but when it works the screen and sound quality are amazing i would also add the contrast of the screen is a little off and i dont see a setting to change the screens filter but hey

Upgraded the car system for mobile phone emulation. This head unit works a treat. IPhone or android wireless connection works well (there is the slight hiccup sometimes in connecting BUT rarely). Great 9 inch touch screen that works very well. Google Maps via phones works and looks great on the big screen. First time installer, and it seamlessly installed as per wiring diagram. Sound Control is a bonus giving great sounds from original speakers. I already have dash cameras front and rear so selected Reversing camera as addition and wired into the reversing lights. Steering wheel controls all still work. Time will tell as to the units durability.

A nice refresh upgrade to a rather old car. The installation process was easy enough for me as a first timer. The cables provided might have looked a bit daunting at first but after looking at the wiring diagram in the user manual it became pretty clear very quickly. The stereo wakes up pretty much as soon as I turn the car on, without having to go through the initial booting sequence. The only issue that I’ve had are CarPlay being a bit iffy to connect but usually connects without having to restart anything.

The original steering wheel control's phone and voice buttons are directly connected to the original car's head unit. Therefore, once the original head unit is removed, these buttons will no longer function. Our unit does not support the use of the steering wheel control's phone and voice buttons.

The lock screen password function is not supported by the unit. If need to set a lock screen password, please install a third-party application through Google Play.
